Tensile, hygienic and indestructible, steel was the material chosen for this project by Antonio Citterio in 1988. An Arclinea patent, the unusual Italia recessed handle is an exclusive feature available for all doors in the collection.

CONVIVIUM is open living space, a kitchen as an organised area, where solution are the outcome of their location. The main feature of this 2002 project by Antonio Citterio is the socialising island, with its 20cm thick worktop and built-in wooden table for food prepartion, cooking and eating and, alongside it, the walk-in ‘Closet’. The Convivium island for everyday rituals has become a cult, continuing to make life in the kitchen unique.

LIGNUM ET LAPIS Materials and their production processes are the main players of this eclusive project by Antonio Citterio, with the working and socialising island at its center an ‘industrial sculpture’ with worktops supporting elelemts in stone or steel, built in snack bar and suspended base units. The unusual doors enhance the beauty of natural wood with their exclusive vertical stave design, in variable widths and distances.
